Notice to Neighbors Regarding the 2025 Parade of Homes

Dear Neighbors,

We are pleased to inform you that the Parade of Homes will take place in our neighborhood beginning this weekend and continuing through next weekend (April 5 – 6 and April 12-13).

Please be aware that during these days, we expect traffic congestion due to the influx of visitors that often accompanies the Parade of Homes. Hewitt Way is likely to experience most of the congestion. Visitors will not be allowed to park on the common area grass. The HOA plans to rope off the common areas in an effort to remind visitors that they are not permitted to park in those areas. Homeowners may need to take appropriate precautionary measures to ensure the public does not park on their private property.

In addition to the front gates being open on Saturday, the front gates will also be opened to facilitate access on

Sunday, April 6 from 9 AM to 6 PM
Sunday, April 13 from 9 AM to 6 PM

We are excited to have Kim and Kevin’s home located at 313 Hewitt Way participating in the 2025 Parade of Homes, which will also showcase the wonderful neighborhood we all share.
